OPPORTUNITY


Reporting to Head of Marketing, this opportunity is best suited to a hands-on, ambitious digital marketing / Web professional who enjoys working with a team and variety in their role.


The ideal individual will have prior experience overseeing the delivery of significantly sized websites and will have responsibility for developing and coordinating the businesses digital and online marketing function. The

role works closely with a developer in GB to build and execute technical changes.


A critical role within the company, with remit of responsibility across multiple sites and scope to make considerable impact, the position is well integrated with regular touchpoints with the central marketing team and other key stakeholders.


RESPONSIBLITIES


  • Responsibility for the digital strategy and web presence for one of Northern Irelands top 100 companies and the largest thermoplastics manufacturer in the country.
  • Opportunity to provide digital products and support to distribution/trade customers and generate demand at grass roots/customer level.
  • A key time to join the business after implementation of Microsoft Dynamics, to make use of datasets effectively and introduce automations.
  • Very well supported role, working under a Head of Marketing, Brand Managers, Graphics Specialist and CRM manager.
  • Opportunity to implement innovative digital marketing programmes through the group's websites including search engine optimisation (SEO) and email marketing to continue to build the online community, attract new customers and improve conversions.
  • Work with a commercial mindset to review technologies and explore new developments in the digital landscape to find ways to more effectively deliver the communication and business objectives.


THE PERSON


The successful candidate will be a forward thinking web/digital marketing specialist who would be proud of an opportunity to make their mark with one of NI's Leading Manufacturers.


Graduate level education And Ideally Digital Marketing Qualification or Marketing Qualification (CIM Postgraduate Diploma or Marketing degree).


EXPERIENCE


  • Minimum 5 years experience in a digital marketing role.
  • Proven ability in delivering the design, development and ongoing improvement of websites.
  • Experience of using CMS platforms
  • Familiar with the planning and implementation of SEO to increase organic search visibility and ranking.
  • Experience in coordinating email marketing platforms.
  • Experience in the planning and implementation, monitoring and
  • control of PPC campaigns on the google network.
  • Proficient in the use of Google Analytics to interrogate site
  • statistics, customise reports and establish goals.
  • Experience in the use and improvement of email marketing
  • platforms to improve open and click through rates.
  • Data analysis and interrogation using Excel.
  • Management of nominated digital agencies.
  • Proficient in Photoshop.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (or similar database solution).
  • Evidence of a proactive approach
  • Excellent planning skills

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to co-ordinate activities between different functions
  • Good attention to detail
  • A proactive attitude and approach
  • Ability to work on own with minimal supervision and as part of a team
  • Reliable & conscientious
  • Flexible approach
  • Clean full driving licence


REMUNERATION


  • Senior level salary - advised on request
  • Flexible Hours: Currently trialling a start / finish half an hour
  • earlier or later than those hours listed above.
  • Compressed Hours: Currently trialling a 4 day working week,
  • to work all hours on site
  • Holidays: Total 30 days per annum (equivalent to 6 weeks).
  • Included in these 30 days are 8 public holidays, some taken in
  • line with Company shutdown period and the remainder by
  • mutual agreement.
  • PRP scheme and a Medicash Cash Back Plan - both effective
  • after qualifying period of employment.
  • Pension: 3% Company contribution providing you put in 5%.

  • available at induction.
