DIGITAL GROWTH MANAGER

Synechron is looking to hire a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Growth manager , someone with a strong understanding of how the different digital channels work together, specifically audience targeting, online intent and customer experience cycles.

Reporting into the Head of Digital Marketing, you will lead our CRM growth efforts, support the regional marketing teams growing their digital footprint, and further improve data implementation in our marketing processes.

As a Digital Growth Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing lead generation strategies to drive business growth and meet sales needs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement digital growth strategies to increase the quantity and quality of converted leads
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns and content to convert leads
  • Analyze lead generation data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize lead generation growth efforts
  • Monitor and report on lead generation performance to the senior management team
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure the effectiveness of lead generation growth strategies
  • At least 3-years' experience with a corporate CRM platform such as SalesForce Pardot, Adobe Marketo or HubSpot. Experience with email cycles, customer retention and conversion tactics are more important than simply being a platform expert, but experience with at least one of those platforms is required.
  • Data-driven innovation: you will help elevate the implementation of customers' data into our CRM and digital acquisition campaigns. You will have at least 3 years of experience with dashboards, reporting and you will be able to use data to make informed decisions.
  • 3 years of experience with web analytics metrics: whether that's Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics or Motomo, you'll have experience in analysing inbound traffic and campaign performances.

  • Proficient in using lead generation tools, CRM software, and analytics platforms
  • Excellent copywriting skills, with impeccable grammar.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and a self-starter.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms

You'll be based in our Belfast office with flexible hybrid-working options.
