This role supports the successful delivery of an ambitious Electronic Patient Record (EPR) programme for the Norfolk and Waveney Acute Hospital Collaboration, including the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital.



Key Details

  • Contract Length: 3–6 months.
  • IR35 Status: Inside IR35.
  • Location: Norwich-based, with some flexibility for remote working.
  • Band 6 direct engagement role - Very compressed NHS rate of £162 per day
  • 3 CVs to be submitted to client by Friday 6th Dec



Key Responsibilities

  • RAID Management: Oversee the identification, monitoring, and resolution of Risks, Assumptions, Issues, and Dependencies. Ensure timely actions and escalate significant changes when necessary.
  • Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of Programme Support Officers responsible for meeting management and event coordination.
  • Governance & Reporting: Maintain and organise programme documentation via tools like Monday.com and produce high-quality reports for stakeholders, ensuring alignment with key milestones.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, clinical staff, and other stakeholders to promote a shared understanding of programme objectives.



Essential Skills and Experience

  • Proven expertise in RAID management, programme governance, and reporting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Demonstrable experience in managing and communicating complex data.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, including proficiency in planning software and MS Office tools.
  • Knowledge of NHS structures and healthcare delivery systems is highly desirable.
