Talented Recruitment Group is seeking an Office Manager to assist our client's Senior Leadership Team. This hands-on role involves ensuring the seamless operation of the head office. The Office Manager will be responsible for maintaining a welcoming, clean, and efficient office environment in compliance with relevant guidelines and regulations. Additionally, this role includes providing proactive and professional administrative support to the Senior Leadership and HR teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesnEnsure the smooth and efficient operation of the office, maintaining a welcoming and functional environment for all staff, and suggesting improvements where necessary.nCreate a professional and hospitable atmosphere for all office visitors.nAdvise the Senior Leadership Team on facilities and building-related issues.nOversee daily office management, including opening and closing the office, and acting as receptionist to greet visitors as needed.nManage office supplies, including drinks, snacks, stationery, and catering for meetings when necessary.nMaintain strong working relationships with external suppliers and contractors, ensuring effective provision of outsourced services such as cleaning, stationery, kitchen equipment, security systems, and building maintenance.nProvide efficient support to the Senior Leadership Team, including diary management, correspondence, meeting minute-taking and distribution, and presentation creation.nOffer administrative support to the HR Manager across all aspects of HR and the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, induction, performance reviews, benefits administration, and record-keeping.nAssist in creating the monthly newsletter, developing content, and collaborating with others to ensure it remains relevant and informative.nManage the creation of training accounts for new employees via our training portal, ensuring timely assignment and completion of training.nSupport the organisation and administration of events and social activities on an ad-hoc basis.nUndertake additional tasks, projects, and duties as assigned by the company.
