Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working on an exclusive basis with a well regarded and established business in Rotherham as they look to bring in a new Management Accountant into the team. The business is profitable and continues to grow, with a current turnover of approx. £100 Million. 
The is a well rounded Management Accountant role encompassing management accounts production, business partnering and FP&A. 
 The company offers a fantastic benefits package which includes: -

Duties will be varied and include:- 
Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports
Conduct variance analysis and provide explanations for variances from budget and forecasts
Maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning and suggest improvements
Support the annual budgeting process
Monitor budget performance and update forecasts based on actual performance and changing business conditions.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and relevant regulations
Monitor internal control processes to safeguard company assets and ensure the accuracy of financial data and suggests improvements
Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business performance
Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and reports as required by management
Identify opportunities to enhance financial systems and processes for improved efficiency and accuracy
Lead or participate in finance-related projects to support business objectives
To be considered for this role you will have the following skills and experiences: - 
CIMA/ ACCA/ ACA Qualified (Late Part Qualified will also be considered)
Previous management accounting experience
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel 
Good organisation skills
Good communication skills with the ability to liaise with individuals at all levels
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
Solid understanding of accounting principles
Being able to work to deadlines on a regular basis
Previously assisted with annual audits
Hard working and dedicated
Attention to detail
