Reporting to the Reception Manager you will be responsible for:
Handling all reception and administrative duties
Meeting and greeting visitors
Answering and redirecting phone calls
Managing mail
Marketing spare office units within the building
Showing premises to prospective tenants
Updating social media
Basic building management
Any other ad hoc duties as and when requiredTo be considered for this role you will need:
Excellent organisational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Good interpersonal skillsIf you have a creative brain and are looking or a relaxed and friendly environment then this is the role for you.
Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm
