This customer-focused role requires exceptional organisational skills, stakeholder management, excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. As a key point of contact for our onboarding learners and clients you will be required to provide timely and accurate responses to enquiries and follow processes.nResponsibilities include:n1. Supporting Individuals (Learners) to join our programmes:nBe the main point of contact on behalf of the Account Management Team for anynonboarding queries this includes calling or emailing our prospective learners tondiscuss the status of their enrolmentnResponding to queries from learners regarding the programmenProvide programme guidance to those who need itnUpdating the Account Management team regarding progress of their cohortsnProviding information to learners about programme optionsnWorking closely with our Enrolment, Compliance and Claims team to ensure allnlearners are fully enrolled ahead of our launch events

2. Supporting our Customers (the Learner’s employer) with administrative dutiesnPreparing contracts for signing and storing them correctlynOffering support to our customers regarding their Digital Apprenticeship ServicenaccountnCollecting and updating customer information on our CRM (HubSpot)

3. Supporting the Account Management teamnScheduling and coordinating our Open CohortsnWorking with the product leads to arrange briefing sessionsnManaging the student list for open cohorts and sharing with our Enrolment andncompliance team.
