Currently partnered with a very well established brickwork management company who are looking for an experienced Office Manager/PA to come on board to support the wider office along with the Senior Management team.
This organisation drives forward their people first culture in everything that they do. They are all extremely passionate about their work providing full management services to property development clients and very well recognised main contractors.
About you:
Experience working as an Office Manager/PA ( Ideally within the construction sector )

Human Resources admin (contracts, absence, holidays, appraisals)

Proficient  in Microsoft/Outlook 

Director Diary Management

Maintenance of our internal ISO quality and environmental certifications 

Experience on monthly invoicing for clients

Overseeing the daily operations of an office and its various departments

Communicating with department heads, upper management and customers

Scheduling meetings and appointments

Making office supplies arrangements

Greeting visitors and providing general administrative support to the staff

Organising employees and making sure important structures, such as budgets and training processes, are in place

Ensuring a secure and friendly work environment
