Contract: Full Time, Permanent.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Technical Manager, you'll be working within the Hard Services FM team, supporting them in delivery of the contract across the hospital site.
Your day to day will include:
Ensure Compliance with all aspects of the technical requirements of the contract
Full management responsibility of PPM and Statutory PPM works, ensuring all are completed on time, relevant back up documents of services carried out are available and any remedial works arising out of these visits is recorded, booked in and completed to ensure full transparency to client
Provide a monthly PPM report to the General Facilities Manager for insertion into the Monthly Report, ensuring any exceptions are recording with explanations and plans for closing out
Development of staff and the associated training; ensure all staff are undertaking their duties in line with contractual requirements, Kier procedures and their job description
What are we looking for?
This role of Technical Manager is great for you if:
M&E background and experience in facilities management is essential
Experience of working in a Healthcare Environment is desirable
Experience in managing a team of engineers and building fabric operatives
Qualified to ONC or equivalent in engineering or proven experience and ideally HNC
