About the Role: The Recruitment and HR Operations Officer provides excellent recruitment and operational HR advice, support, and guidance to managers and staff. Acting as the first point of contact for applicants, on-boarders, and employees, this role ensures a smooth recruitment process and compliance with employment-related legislation. Responsibilities include implementing employee variations of contract, managing HR databases, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide recruitment and operational HR advice to managers and staff
Administer the entire recruitment process
Implement employee contract variations and other changes
Ensure compliance with employment regulations
Maintain accurate HR databasesQualifications and Experience:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent HR expertise - i.e. CIPD Level 5
Experience in a similar generalist HR role
Knowledge of recruitment and selection legislation
Proficiency in using HR databases and e-recruitment systems - ResourceLink (Essential)
