Key Responsibilities:
Discover and cultivate new business opportunities within the freight and logistics industry.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers to expand client portfolio.
Prepare and deliver engaging sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients.
Stay ahead of market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine our sales strategies.
Achieve and surpass sales targets and revenue growth goals established by the company.
Provide insightful reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and client feedback to management.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings to promote our brand and services.Candidate attributes
Strong knowledge of freight operations, including international shipping, transportation modes, and customs regulations.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic approach.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
