Hybrid role - 1 day in office/ 4 from home after initial training
The primary purpose of the role holders are to sort and resolve complex annual leave data of colleagues across two HR systems.
They will therefore need:
the ability to understand, use and explain complex data
Familiarity with using and understanding HR systems as well as entering data in such systems
Understand and calculate complex equations specifically related to annual calculations and be able to apply the outcome of these to resolve any queries and inaccurate data.
the ability to derive meaningful information from data source
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor to the level of your audience.
Sound problem-solving, analytical and multi-tasking skills
Ability to work at pace and meet deadlines
