HR Data Analyst

Our client is a reputable global law firm highly recognised for their M&A work, they are now looking for a collaborative and pro-active HR Data Analyst to join their wider London HR team on a permanent basis.

The HR Data Analyst will be responsible for providing a high quality service to the wider firm and manage the Benefits Data and administration alongside the wider HR Operations and Benefits team.

Key Duties Include:

  • Demonstrate knowledge of the International offices benefit plans and programs in order to ensure seamless service to participants and support effective plan and program administration
  • Prepare reports based on analysis pertaining to benefit participation, eligibility, and cost.
  • Evaluate and analyse benefit spend and support budget tracking and forecasting.
  • Review and maintain internal process documents, making updates and recommendations for change where appropriate.
  • Demonstrate ability to evaluate benefits and implement new benefit offerings, from vendor selection to contracting to benefit roll out and administration.
  • Analyse and audit benefits data, review and generate specialised reporting requests.
  • Coordinate with internal HR and IT resources in the development, implementation, and evaluation of benefits data interfaces.
  • Monitor regulatory developments in the International benefits field and makes recommendations regarding necessary policy or administration changes.
  • Assist in Wellness program administration.
  • Identify data and reporting requirements regarding benefits
  • Support with ad-hoc projects and benefits information requests

The HR Data Analyst will ideally have at least 4 years or more experience with HR Data and Benefits, preferably within professional services/law firm along with a sound understanding of HRIS Systems. It is essential to demonstrate the ability to work in a high-pressured environment and juggle multiple conflicting priorities. Demonstrating confidentiality, professionalism and a high level of service. The right candidate will possess excellent organisational and administration skills with strong attention to detail and be customer service oriented. The HR Data Analyst will be a flexible professional with a collaborative approach.
