This role is ideal for someone who takes an organizational development approach to employee growth. As Talent Development Partner you will work in collaboration with stakeholders across the organisation and play a key role in identifying scalable and efficient solutions that deliver measurable impact in employee performance and engagement, while optimising our resource. You will partner with internal Subject Matter Experts, specialist vendors, and our Talent Development team to coordinate, continuously improve, and expand our learning resources and build a culture where continuous learning and growth are in our DNA.


Main Responsibilities


  • Aligning talent development priorities, activities, and investment to strategic priorities.
  • Acting as a primary point of contact for leadership and employees on talent development needs, while developing agency and accountability
  • Prioritising stakeholder requests based on business priorities and evidence from talent reviews, learning needs analyses, engagement survey results and other available data.
  • Collaborating with internal SMEs across various functions to create, curate, and deliver appropriate self-service and expert-led learning opportunities aligned with our core and technical capabilities.
  • Empowering employees with resources and support to take ownership of their career and development, grow their networks, and learn through formal and informal opportunities.
  • Leading the end-to-end project management of new learning programmes to meet business needs.
  • Facilitating cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing to grow our collective capability and enhance internal career opportunities.
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders and holding them accountable to ensure delivery of commitments.
  • Delivering and facilitating learning experiences, as appropriate.
  • Managing vendor partner relationships in collaboration with procurement.
  • Maintaining our learning and knowledge assets on our LMS and Team Hub.
  • Partnering on broader HR, talent and performance initiatives, as required.


About You

  • Strong business partnering, consulting, and project management capabilities
  • A relevant L&D, HR or OD qualification and/or experience of supporting organizational learning and development in a specialist or technical environment.
  • An evidence-based approach to L&D, including utilisation of evidence-based principles of learning design and delivery, measurement of learning needs, and evaluation of impact and/or return on investment.
  • An agile approach; able to quickly pivot, adapt, and reprioritise to meet evolving business needs and changes
  • Experience using social learning methodologies to build a “learning culture” that continuously and proactively shares ideas and best practices, supports knowledge transfer and shares lessons learned from successes and failures.
  • Proven track record of the development of highly engaging virtual, digital, and in-person learning solutions.
  • Experience of developing strong working relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders across a global/hybrid organization and influencing at all levels.
  • Planning and organizational skills with the ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks to meet business and stakeholder needs.
  • Experience in facilitation and coaching to support employee development, team effectiveness and/or leadership and management development.
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and/or knowledge Management Systems.
  • Pro-active and a continuous improvement mindset to ensure Learning & Development consistently delivers value to the organization and its employees
  • Experience and knowledge in one or more of our technical subject areas would be advantageous.
