Job Description

Senior Talent Development Advisor

Iconic Resourcing is delighted to be working with a top organisation based in Edinburgh who are looking to appoint a Senior Talent Development Advisor to cover a period of maternity cover, with the potential to be made permanent thereafter.

The postholder will play a key part in delivering the Talent Development strategy across the organisation, working closely with the Talent Acquisition and Development Manager to achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse talent and development data to evaluate attendance, course completion rates, resource utilisation, and the effectiveness of development interventions, ensuring value for money and return on investment.
  • Manage the workflow of development requests, co-ordinate the delivery of day-to-day activities, projects, and cyclical activities.
  • Prepare and monitor the talent and development budget, ensuring effective use of resources.
  • Increase awareness of and engagement with the talent development offering through managing online presence, internal communications, and development calendar.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and emerging trends in talent development, identifying opportunities to implement new initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Experience within a Talent Development or Learning and Development role.
  • Specific experience in Leadership development and management training.
  • Coaching experience.
