Position: Junior Operations Analyst
What You'll Do
In line with our ethos, our business thrives on collaboration, continuous improvement, and delivering exceptional results. In this role, you will play a crucial part in streamlining our operations and processes to maintain our high service levels as we continue to expand. Your key responsibilities will include:
Process Support and Improvement:
Analysing current business processes and identifying inefficiencies.
Develop and implement optimised processes for better efficiency.
Conduct regular reviews to ensure continuous improvement.Data Analysis and Reporting:
Collect and organise operational data for insights and recommendations.
Prepare reports and presentations for management.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track performance.Project Assistance:
Coordinate operational improvement projects.
Support cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Develop project plans and track progress.Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work with Finance, HR, IT, and other departments to understand their needs.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments.
Provide support and training on new processes and systems.Basic Finance Processing:
Coordinate with finance for payroll processing.
Prepare and review financial reports related to operations.
Monitor budget compliance and suggest cost-saving measures.Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
Propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
Manage and collate data around QMS metrics.Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field (preferred)
Experience: 1-2 years in operations analysis, process improvement, or related roles (apprenticeship or intern experience considered).
Skills:
High proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., Excel) to interpret and manage various volumes of data.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Strong IT literacy and a thorough understanding of emerging technologies.

Self-reliant and capable of working independently when necessary.
