The Talent Acquisition Specialist responsibilities include:
Manage the entire recruitment process from requisition to offer, ensuring timely and efficient execution

Utilise Boolean search techniques, specialised tools, and diverse channels to build and nurture a robust talent pool for current and future needs

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and engage a diverse pool of qualified candidates

Utilise behavioural and competency based interviewing techniques to evaluate candidate suitability

Utilise diverse channels to map, identify, & build a talent pool of potential future candidates within the market.

Provide market insights to hiring teams to facilitate informed decision-making in the recruitment process

Develop & implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.

Contribute to building a workplace culture that celebrates differences and fosters belonging for all employees

Enhance & promote the brand though posting on various channels.
