As a result of growing demand and company expansion, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to become part of our dynamic recruitment and compliance team in Plymouth.


This role presents an exciting chance to join a supportive and professional team, paving the way for a rewarding career in recruitment within a reputable organization, engaged in significant infrastructure initiatives.

We welcome candidates with varying levels of experience, as comprehensive training and support will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct weekly discussions with operations managers to pinpoint target roles and establish a work plan.
- Advertise job openings on various platforms, including job boards and social media.
- Manage responses to job postings and maintain communication regarding candidate availability.
- Register candidates by reviewing documentation, conducting right to work assessments, and performing qualification checks in accordance with industry standards.
- Assist in achieving a 100% fill rate for all positions by tracking performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
- Handle switchboard inquiries.
- Schedule safety-critical medical assessments.
- Prepare and format CVs for client submissions.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in construction recruitment is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse personalities.
- Capability to learn the basic functions of a new database system.
- Familiarity with DocuSign and Salesforce is advantageous but not mandatory, as full training will be provided.
