We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Connect2Kent. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, identifying and attracting top talent, and delivering exceptional recruitment services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, including Kent County Council, to understand their recruitment needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Talent Sourcing: Identify and attract top talent through various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Recruitment Process Management: Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial candidate contact to onboarding and post-placement support.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reporting and analysis to clients on recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced temporary recruitment environment.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt communication style to suit the audience and circumstance.
- Technical Skills: Proficient use of IT, including Microsoft Office packages, and experience with recruitment CRM systems.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to organize and prioritize workload to deliver against multiple activities.

Connect2Kent is the in-house managed service recruitment provider to Kent County Council. We provide integral recruitment services for temporary, contract, fixed-term, and permanent staff within multiple disciplines.
