Key Responsibilities
  • Business partner with retail and head office teams to develop and implement effective sourcing, pipeline, and forecasting strategies.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pool of candidates, championing various recruitment processes and ensuring the right people with the right skills and attitude are hired into the business.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, working closely with various teams to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
  • Proven track record of filling vacancies with top talent within an in-house or consultancy background, preferably in the retail or hospitality sector.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of business operations and ability to develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Salary: c£40,000 + Benefits, Bonus
