Sales Office Manager
Main Responsibilities
Oversee the day-to-day activities of the sales administration team.
Ensure the smooth receipt and processing of customer orders inputting into the MRP system
Processing of standard as well as bespoke orders.
Check pricing on orders and ensure that any customer discounts are applied.
Handle customer enquiries, resolve any issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
Liaise with various departments including purchasing, planning and production to ensure the smooth flow of orders.
Utilise Sage 200 and Excel to produce order plans and provide customers with lead times and expected delivery dates.
Leading, developing and supporting members of the Sales Administration team.
Sales Office Manager
The Candidate
Ideally 2 years plus of experience managing a sales office.
Ideally you will have managed a sales office within a manufacturing environment.
You will have good Excel skills.
Experience of working with Sage 200 would be beneficial but other MRP systems will be considered.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to deal with financial information.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with customers.
