Job Overview:

SER Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telecommunications Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing accounts, and achieving sales targets by promoting our range of telecommunications products and services.

As a Telecommunications Sales Executive, you will be the face of our company, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. You will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential customers, identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell telecommunications products and services.
  2. Identify and qualify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales.
  3. Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team sales goals.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  5. Address customer inquiries, provide detailed product information, and handle objections effectively.
  6. Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through to closing the sale.
  7. Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
  9. Provide feedback to the sales team and management on market opportunities and customer preferences.
  10. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
  11. Generate and submit regular sales reports and performance metrics to management.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in telesales or a similar role, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong sales skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and a proactive approach to sales.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Work Environment:

This role may be performed in an office setting or remotely, depending on company policies.
