Telecommunications Sales Executive
Job Overview:
SER Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telecommunications Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing accounts, and achieving sales targets by promoting our range of telecommunications products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell telecommunications products and services.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities and convert leads into sales.
- Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team sales goals.
- Customer Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Address customer inquiries, provide detailed product information, and handle objections effectively.
- Sales Process Management:
- Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline from initial contact through to closing the sale.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate terms, and finalize contracts.
- Market Research:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
- Provide feedback to the sales team and management on market opportunities and customer preferences.
- Record Keeping and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the CRM system.
- Generate and submit regular sales reports and performance metrics to management.
- Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing post-sales issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Assist with resolving any service-related problems and coordinate with other departments as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar role, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
- Skills:
- Strong sales skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attributes:
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed and a proactive approach to sales.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
