We are seeking a driven and seasoned Internal Sales Team Supervisor to facilitate our ongoing expansion.
The Internal Sales Team Supervisor will be essential in leading, managing, and enhancing the internal sales team to meet and surpass sales objectives.
This role involves developing and executing sales strategies, coaching team members, and ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess a robust sales background, outstanding leadership capabilities, and a strong inclination towards innovation.
The initial phase of this role will involve active participation in sales activities while we scale the sales team, where the supervisor will play a crucial role in sourcing and onboarding new talent.
The team will oversee all facets of the sales process from lead generation to customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities- Onboard, develop, and nurture a results-driven internal sales team.

Manage Sales Team:
Supervise the daily operations of the internal sales team, leading by example and contributing to collective results while providing guidance and support to ensure team members achieve their individual and group sales targets, aligning all income generation activities with the organization's culture, vision, and values.
- Contribute to KPI's and revenue targets through proactive outreach to our target market.
- Develop Sales Strategies: Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to stimulate revenue growth and broaden the customer base.
- Performance Monitoring: Assess and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management and making data-driven adjustments to enhance sales processes.
- Team Development: Conduct ongoing training sessions and workshops to elevate the skills and knowledge of the sales team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure sales strategies align with overall company goals.
- Market Analysis: Remain informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors, offering insights and recommendations to the sales team and management.
- Administrative Duties: Oversee sales team schedules, prepare sales forecasts, and maintain accurate records of sales activities and transactions.
- Lead in developing and sustaining a strong pipeline of potential income generation opportunities, including prospect research and evaluating the viability of opportunities in line with our strategic objectives.
- Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with new and existing stakeholders, clients, and suppliers to ensure value and maximize social impact.
- Experience: A seasoned sales professional with a proven success record in a high-pressure business development environment.
- Proven ability to measure success and report progress against targets to Senior Leadership Teams.
- Skilled in building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.
- Education: Degree in Business or Marketing (Desirable but not essential).
Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities with a successful track record.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Analytical skills to interpret sales data and make strategic decisions.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
