About the Role

As a Business Development Manager , you will be responsible for:


New Business Development:

  • Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth opportunities across Bristol and the South West to sell project management services.
  • Maintain positive professional relationships with clients
  • Use financial techniques to improve sales revenue
  • Track all business-related invoices


Account Management:

  • Serve as the main point of contact in all matters related to client concerns and needs
  • Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
  • Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
  • Work with the Talent team to develop strategic recruitment plans to manage the clients resource needs.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better upsell and cross-sell to clients



About You

You are interested in various industry sectors and their challenges. You have an eye for identifying gaps and confidently seize opportunities to contribute ideas. Ideally, you have had the opportunity to explore project management as part of your previous experience.

You are business and results oriented. Your success in this position depends on your self-discipline, consistency, and desire to lead and unite multi-disciplinary teams. Your ability to build and maintain effective relationships internally and with clients is critical to your success.
