**Salary**: £45-55,000 + OTE £90k
- $80m funded scale up in the digital staffing space
- BDM role selling to mid and large corporates
- Uncapped earning + Share options

Our client is a global digital staffing platform that has been in business since 2013. With offices in several countries, including the UK, they employ over 600 people worldwide, 25 of which are based in the UK. They received $80m in funding at series Clast year, and are continuing to grow at a rapid pace.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for selling the company's services and platform to the companies in the media, tech, legal and retail sectors. After a recent merger with a smaller competitor, the company is looking for sales peoplewho can bring tangible, and demonstrable sales experience to have a rapid impact. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing company and be a part of a company on a continual rise.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the company's customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target companies
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and exceed revenue goals
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide market feedback and enhance the company's offerings

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development,
- Service or license based sales experience is essential.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers

Package:

- Salary - £45,000 - £55,000 - OTE £90,000. Uncapped
- Share options available for this VC backed company.
- Flexibility to work from their London office 2/3 times per week
- A dog friendly office
