Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive learning and development strategies.
Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that align with business objectives.
Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and opportunities.
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a Learning and Development role.
Strong knowledge of training methodologies, adult learning principles, and instructional design.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
A passion for continuous improvement and fostering a culture of learning.
