The Opportunity
I'm excited to be working with a thriving independent Brokerage based in Solihull looking to grow. Their company ethos is that work becomes easier when everyone helps each other which has created a lovely culture where no one is afraid to ask for help and everyone feels supported.
They are looking to add another member to their Commercial Claims team working in SME Commercial policies. They are looking for someone with experience in handling a range of commercial claims.

Role and Responsibilities:
Efficiently handle commercial insurance claims from initiation to resolution.
Investigate and assess claims to determine coverage, liability, and settlement options.
Communicate with policyholders, brokers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information and provide updates on claim status.
Analyse documentation, reports, and other relevant information to make informed decisions regarding claim settlements.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to enhance claims handling processes.Requirements:
Proven experience as a Commercial Insurance Claims Handler or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of commercial insurance policies and procedures.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficient in relevant software and systems.
Cert CII preferred but not essentialTo Apply:
