As a Laboratory Technician you will doing more than conventional lab work, yes you will be utilising your testing skills, maintaining up to date records of raw materials, testing, sampling, mixing, calibrating the equipment and general house keeping of the lab.

The responsibilities will include:n* Carrying out day to day quality control duties including testing, preparation of samples and positive release for despatch.n* Calibration checks, analysing data, investigations, data recording and corrective actionsn* Critical corrective actions if necessaryn* GLP and compliant with legislationn* Continue to drive high standard within the quality team, hygiene, continuous improvement and house keeping

The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with good communication skills, and an enthusiastic personality.nLaboratory experience required plus and UK Food Manufacturing exposure and a Food Technology or Science related degree is desirablenPost Graduates with experience welcome to apply (unable to offer work sponsorship/permits)
