Shift Quality Control Technician

Career Opportunity at CK Group

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Shift Quality Control Technician to join our team at CK Group. As a Shift Quality Control Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and maintaining the highest standards of quality control.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform quality control tests to determine differences in quality.
  • Investigate and record non-conformances and reworking according to specification.
  • Release raw materials, fragrance batches, and laboratory batches after testing.
  • Assist production with any queries relating to raw material or production batches.
  • Proactive re-testing of all batches and materials due.
  • Problem-solving and issue of clear rework instructions.
Requirements:
  • Excellent sense of smell and a keen eye for detail being able to accurately record all data.
  • The ability to work efficiently and effectively under pressure, in a team and as an individual.
  • Good problem-solving skills with good time management.
  • Able to offer flexibility required to cover shifts.
  • Experience of performing quality control on aromas and fragrances would be an advantage.
  • Ideally A Level qualified in Science.
