Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join our expanding ground investigation team in Northampton. As a Senior Geotechnical Engineer, you will be responsible for leading a range of duties, including phase 1 desk study reports, site investigations, laboratory data analysis, team management, and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of geotechnical engineers and technicians
  • Oversee site investigations and laboratory data analysis
  • Develop and implement business development strategies
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to their professional development
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver high-quality solutions
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a geotechnical or geo-environmental engineer
  • Relevant degree in a field such as geoscience, engineering geology, geotechnical engineering, or environmental science
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Full UK driving license and ability to travel to sites
  • Right to work in the UK
