At Brighter Places, we are pleased to announce that a vacancy has become available for a Resident Liaison Officer to join our team in Bristol. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37 hours per week. In return, you will receive a starting salary of £34,800 per annum.

You will receive the following benefits as our Resident Liaison Officer:
A starting salary of £34,800 per annum

37 hours per week

30 days annual leave

Key Responsibilities as our Resident Liaison Officer:
Lead on resident liaison, develop relationships and engage with customers in relation to the zero carbon retrofit programme.

Promote the performance and development of the Net Zero Objectives, service, particularly in relation to excellence in customer services, safety, productivity and financial performance.

Meet regularly with customers in-line with the ongoing zero carbon retrofit programme.

Responsible for ensuring the capture of property information to gain a full understanding of improvement requirements and suitability for residents.

Contribute to the development of systems and processes through innovation and collaboration with others.

Promote a safeguarding culture within Brighter Places.
What we’re looking for in our Resident Liaison Officer:
Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent or relevant work experience.

Previous experience in a customer focused, high quality planned or repairs maintenance background.

Experience with working and dealing with customer requirements, safeguarding and vulnerable people.

Previous experience in assisting in the development of innovative new technologies and systems to improve customer service.

Knowledge of health and safety practices in construction and the ability to translate these into clear communication for residents.

Ability to report and analyse data.

Excellent IT skills, including proficient use of Microsoft Office packages (e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook), and use of business systems.
This role will require a DBS check.
