Personal Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

A fabulous opportunity has arisen for an experienced Personal Assistant to support an entrepreneurial Managing Director of an Asset Management firm located in London’s Soho.

This is a fully office-based role, Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm and benefits include: private medical care, life assurance income protection, 33 days holiday + additional days and a company pension scheme.

Duties will include:

• Acting as the gatekeeper for the MD

• Providing PA support in all aspects of the MD’s business and personal life

• Full diary management including liaison with other EA’s both internally and externally

• Coordination of complex, international travel requirements including accommodation, transport and logistics

• Producing reports and documentation using Word document, Excel and PowerPoint

• Coordinating quarterly board meetings; putting together board packs and collating and processing reports

• Management of various monthly reporting meetings with other teams

• Coordination of client contract signing and mailing

• Liaising with various charities & trusts

• Conduit between the MD and his network of contacts

• Providing cover for other EA’s during holidays/absences

Candidates applying should have previous PA experience within a corporate company, possess strong IT skills and be a team player.
