We are partnering with a fantastic business at the top their game, looking to grow their sales team in Manchester. The company has been going over a decade and the owner is passionate about doing things the right way, not only for clients but for colleagues and employees.
The Business Development Executive role is business to business sales, predominantly over the phone although will involve some face to face work. This is a grown up sales environment with no micro- managing, or crazy KPIs, simply a company that is revenue focussed and wants to empower its staff to deliver an intelligent sales process to their clients.
As a Business Development Executive you will be working hard and smart to deliver end to end sales results with complete control over the sales process from lead source to close. The company offers a variety of digital and marketing related products and services for their clients within specific industry sectors - you will become an expert in your field and sell specifically to you assigned market.
Whilst this is a full sales cycle new business role, long term relationship management and repeat business will form a key part of you sales strategy, as will a truly consultative approach to ensure you are selling the right solution for the client.
Based in in Manchester City Centre, however, hybrid working is available once you have received the initial training. The role is Monday to Friday, finishing early every Friday, offering circa £45k basic, uncapped commission
Full training is provided and you will have access to a CRM with existing data in addition to your own leads
