Your rolenYou will be part of a team of transport professionals based on our customer site in Shotton, working together to ensure the smooth running of the customer contract. You will be responsible for creating UK road loads for our customer in their SAP system and ensuring that delivery plans are met and loads are optimised for payload and cost.

Key responsibilitiesnloads for UK road movements to all UK delivery points, including management of urgenciesninformation on planned loads to customer services and respond to any queries as they arisenpayloads by selecting best combination of goods including opportunities for multi-dropsnclosely with customer and suppliersndocumentation to facilitate customer returnsnthat information in the system is accurate and updated as requirednand resolve issues relating to road planning for customer services and external warehousesnfor Despatch Planning and Road Scheduling Team Leader as appropriate.

Your profilenin a logistics role (desirable but not essential)nwith SAP (desirable but not essential as full training will be provided)ncommunication and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritise and manage own workloadnnumeracy skillsnknowledge of IT systems, including Microsoft Officenpositive customer service attitudenknowledge and awareness would be an advantage.
