We are looking for a **Transport and Operations Co-ordinator** to join our friendly team at **Ralawise Ltd**, a market leader in the clothing distribution market who have experienced huge growth over the last few years. Due to further growth, we have created a new role to support the Contracts Manager in managing the relationships with, and operational delivery from, their 3rd party logistics providers and transport partners. **This role is based on the afternoon shift which is Monday - Friday, 2.30pm - 10.30pm.**

**Key Duties**:

- Plan, book and oversee dedicated and network transport, ensuring that this is done in an accurate and cost-effective manner.
- Liaise with transport/3PL partners and provide a point of contact during shift hours.
- Deliver cost analysis and produce reporting, as required.
- Produce monthly performance reporting and commentary.
- Analyse invoices, investigate anomalies and report back to the Contracts Manager.
- Carry out a range of admin duties for both carriage and operations, including running reports, data input, analysis and updating/maintaining records.
- Work with Warehouse Operations to ensure that a smooth flow of accurate information is provided to their transport and 3PL partners and that any queries are resolved in a timely manner.
- Deal with any day-to-day queries from both carriers, 3PL’s and other departments.
- Produce peak plans and support the Contracts Manager in agreeing these with the transport and Warehouse Operations.
- Audit systems and processes to ensure adherence and identify improvements.

**Essential Experience and Skills**:

- Previous experience in transport planning and operational support.
- Data analysis and interpretation of transport data for management.
- Advanced Excel skills.
