Role Description: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Liaison Officer to join our team for a major retrofit housing scheme in Poole, Dorset. The primary function of this role is to serve as the first point of contact between our project delivery teams and the residents, ensuring residents are informed at all stages of the works taking place in their homes. The successful candidate will manage customer complaints, provide support to vulnerable residents, and ensure a smooth communication flow throughout the project.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the main point of contact between residents and project delivery teams.
* Keep residents informed about the progress and stages of the retrofit works.
* Address and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
* Provide support to vulnerable residents as required.
* Maintain accurate records of interactions and feedback from residents.
Requirements:
* Full Driving Licence and Car: Essential due to the need to travel between properties across Poole and surrounding areas
* CSCS Card: Must have an in-date CSCS card.
* Customer-Facing Experience: Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a housing or construction environment.
* Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* IT Proficiency: Ability to use IT equipment provided for recording and managing interactions.
Additional Details:
* Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4.30pm (30 minutes lunch break).
* Pay Rate: £18 per hour PAYE Direct (or £22.53 per hour via Umbrella).
* Travel Expenses: Mileage will be reimbursed upon submission of weekly timesheets/expenses.
* Equipment: All necessary IT equipment and branded PPE will be provided.
* Interviews: Face-to-face interviews
