Key Qualifications:n· Emarsys Experience: Minimum of 1 year working with Emarsys.n· Understanding of Retention Metrics: Comprehensive knowledge of user retention metrics, including customer lifetime value, churn rate, and engagement indicators.n· Excel Proficiency: Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.n· Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
Responsibilities:n· Develop and execute marketing campaigns tailored to the UK ecommerce market.n· Independently identify and target new customer segments to expand our reach.n· Implement cross-selling strategies through various channels, including email, SMS, and push notifications.n· Continuously analyze campaign performance and customer data to optimize strategies.n· Collaborate with marketing and ecommerce teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding.n· Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to remain competitive in the market.
