As Ecommerce Manager Trading Manager will:nDrive the evolution of our ecommerce strategy, aligning it with brand aspirations, product launches, and team insights to achieve revenue targets.nUnderstand levers to improve performance for a streetwear brand and compound trading results.nDevelop an online presence through data analysis of customer behaviour, optimising conversion rates and minimising bounce rates to increase sales and profits.nWork closely with the marketing team to ensure the trading and marketing calendar is commercially driven and optimised to deliver the sales plan.nManage product uploads, content editing, and promotional marketing efforts.

Essential Skills:nPrevious e-commerce trading experience in a streetwear or fashion environment.nHighly analytical approach with comfort using data and insights to drive actions.nExperience driving commercial outcomes (sales, conversions) and using KPIs to track and measure performance.nAdvanced experience with Shopify Plus, Microsoft Office, digital marketing platforms, Google Analytics, and CRM tools.nFlexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
