Publicis One is looking for a new Global E-Commerce Manager to work on one of our latest and most exciting clients, LEGO This is an opportunity to work on a global disruptive brand, who are trusted and recognized worldwide – and be a part of a team leading the change and driving business into the future.


Our London-based Global and Western Europe team will comprise of around 100 people who are dedicated to LEGO’s business. Supporting up to 55 markets across the world, who are a true extension of our team.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • To support the eCommerce Lead in integrating digital commerce into LEGO’s annual strategy and tentpole events across a range of retailers in local markets, including the supporting of global campaigns with local markets
  • Own and develop strong working relationships with clients and internal media teams, ensuring eCommerce is integrated across media strategy
  • Partner with LEGO’s in-house teams to drive full-funnel, cross-channel strategies outside of what is traditionally considered the eCommerce remit
  • Become the go-to within Publicis One on eCommerce strategy across key eRetailers LEGO operate on; Amazon, Carrefour, Walmart etc.
  • Be a champion of eCommerce media within Publicis Groupe Commerce, often working with wider Power Of One teams to take inspiration from LEGO teams as part of innovation opportunities


THE RIGHT PERSON WILL HAVE:


  • 2-3 years experience in eCommerce / Retail Media (Amazon Advertising, Criteo or Citrus if possible)
  • Experience in presenting to internal and external stakeholders, and the desire to build presenting skills
  • The ability to craft a story and strong narrative interpreted from large amounts of performance data to find the story
  • Comfortable problem solving, working at times independently, across multiple time zones to support a connected team
  • Understanding the Amazon Advertising ecosystem and Amazon Ad Products is desirable
  • A baseline experience of leading tech partners such as Skai and Pacvue
  • An interest in retail and keeping up with fast-paced updates and new solutions
  • Experience using PowerPoint and Excel skills and keen to present to multiple stakeholders in time


CRITICAL SKILLS


  • Strong communication skills and strategically focused, with the ability to communicate concepts clearly to clients, often into simple-to-understand layman terms as necessary for clients depending on their expertise
  • Passion for eCommerce and Retail Media in its ever-changing form
  • Be somebody who can excel in a fast-paced, multi-client environment requiring a blend of technical, analytical and commercial knowledge
  • A strong team player who can feel comfortable with new environments and a self-starter
  • Be hungry to learn new things, explore new topics and channels and share with a wider audience Not be afraid to take ownership of projects. Get involved and step into the details when necessary
  • Have pride in their output and maintain standards and governance
