As Ecommerce Manager Trading Manager will:
- Drive the evolution of our ecommerce strategy, aligning it with brand aspirations, product launches, and team insights to achieve revenue targets.
- Understand levers to improve performance for a streetwear brand and compound trading results.
- Develop an online presence through data analysis of customer behaviour, optimising conversion rates and minimising bounce rates to increase sales and profits.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure the trading and marketing calendar is commercially driven and optimised to deliver the sales plan.
- Manage product uploads, content editing, and promotional marketing efforts.
Essential Skills:
- Previous e-commerce trading experience in a streetwear or fashion environment.
- Highly analytical approach with comfort using data and insights to drive actions.
- Experience driving commercial outcomes (sales, conversions) and using KPIs to track and measure performance.
- Advanced experience with Shopify Plus, Microsoft Office, digital marketing platforms, Google Analytics, and CRM tools.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
