Job Description We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President, Asset Leader, to join our innovative biotech company. This pivotal role is integral to the success of one or more multi-indication assets in our portfolio. The Asset Leader will spearhead cross-functional program strategy, acting as the central leader and main point of contact for the program team, heads of functions, and governance committees. Lead the strategic development and execution of one or more asset's integrated clinical, regulatory, CMC, and commercial plans
Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to inform and adjust program strategy
Manage and mentor a cross-functional team of domain area leaders, fostering collaboration and high performance
15+ years of experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry, with a track record in drug development and commercialization preferred
