Catering for high profile events and hospitality, this is a varied role where high levels of customer service is essential.
As the Hospitality Supervisor, you will be
* managing the hospitality and ensuring the high level of service is maintained
* working alongside the Hospitality Chef to drive the business forward
* managing bookings and hospitality orders
* working on your own at times, with support from the main site for large functions/events
Working hours are 5/7, approx. 45 hours per week.
Due to location, it is preferable to have own mode of transport as there is extremely limited public transport to the site.
To be considered as a candidate, you will be
* a passionate Hospitality Assistant or Supervisor with a proven career background
* experienced within hotels or premium restaurant catering
* extremely attentive to detail with an excellent eye for presentation
* able to communicate at all levels in a friendly but professional manner
* passionate about customer service
* flexible and willing with a positive, can do attitude
* energetic and enthusiastic with a genuine passion for the industry
