Reservations Supervisor

Maintaining high standards, you will supervise enquiries, process requests and review and implement new procedures.
Working 40 hours per week this role is based in Northamptonshire.
Duties of the Reservations Supervisor:
* Oversee room bookings and reservation accuracy.
* Review procedures, implementing changes as required.
* Process reservation requests, booking alterations and cancellations.
* Take on board guest needs and recommend appropriate room types.
* Confirm room types and availability, explaining guarantees, rates and cancellations to callers.
* Accommodate special requests, documenting accordingly.
* Answer questions in relation to facilities and services.
* Use sales techniques, aiming to maximise revenue.
* Set up billing accounts.
* Resolve any guest issues, queries and concerns.
Personal Attributes:
* Strong luxury hospitality or food and beverage experience.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisation.
* Good levels of numeracy.
* Competent IT user with the ability to use Microsoft Office packages.
* Previous experience using Opera and in-house CMS systems.
* Problem solving skills.
* Full clean drivers licence.
A diploma or above in hospitality-based qualification would be advantageous for this role but is not required.
