**JOB PURPOSE**

The Escapade In Room Dining Riders will support the Restaurant Manager, Bar Manager and F&B Supervisors. They will be key to ensure guests receive their orders accurately and promptly and with impeccable service.

The role is crucial in providing a seamless and outstanding In-Room Dining experience and creating a seamless journey from start to finish for the guests.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

To create and implement a best-in-class and award-winning guest experience through:

- Guest Assistance: Address guest inquiries and special requests professionally and with consideration. When required, assist guests with set up of in-room dining orders, including arranging food and place settings. Ensure guests receive the best in room dining experience.
- Communication and Collaboration: Collaborate with the In-Room Dining supervisor and kitchen staff to promptly address inquiries and concerns. Provide a high level of customer service, including a warm, engaging, and professional demeanour when interacting with guests during delivery.
- F&B and product Knowledge: Maintain knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and preparation methods to answer guest questions accurately. Assist in maintaining an organised inventory or in-room dining supplies, reporting any shortages or replenishment needs to the In-Room Dining Supervisor.
- Order Delivery: Receive in-room dining orders from the kitchen and ensure accurate and timely delivery to guest rooms. Plan and use the most efficient routes for multiple deliveries, ensuring on-time delivery for all orders. Ensure that the delivery vehicle is kept clean and well-maintained, reporting any maintenance or safety issues promptly.
- Hygiene and Safety: Ensure that food safety and sanitisation standards are consistently upheld in the preparation and delivery of in-room dining orders, working closely with the In-Room Dining Supervisor and Restaurant Manager to fulfil this to the best standard.
- Sustainability: To promote, implant and act with the sustainability initiatives as directed by Escapade Silverstone

**KEY RELATIONSHIPS**

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Experience in a 4-star or 5-star hotel or any other lifestyle/ distinctive brand is desirable but not required
- A strong, yet positive guest service style
- Organized and ability to work within the team or on their own
- Strong interpersonal skills
- A good command of the English language is desirable. Additional languages are advantageous
- Maintains impeccable personal grooming standards while radiating an aura of elegance and refinement
- Full clean UK driving licence is desirable

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
