My client is a multi-million pound supply chain organisation looking for a HR Assistant to join their growing team based in Stafford.
Description
Creating letters and case packs
Administering HR related documentation, such as invite letters, maternity/paternity letters etc
Ensuring the HR filing systems are maintained
Keeping up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices
Scheduling meetings
Answering queries
Maintaining and updating trackers
General HR advice supporting our Management Teams
Producing Weekly and monthly reports
Supporting the Managers and People Team with ER issues particular with low level complexity absence, disciplinary and grievance issues including advice, minute taking, supporting meeting and writing relevant correspondence.
Support HR manager /HR Advisor with employee training needs.
New Starters /Leavers Process- Complete on-boarding process of new employees, including induction process
Profile
Experience working in a HR environment
Experience as an Administrator
Good communication skills
Desire to work in a HR team
Can work under pressure
Can manage high volume work
Can commute to Stafford 4 times per week
