Credit Controller

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring individual clients’ ledgers to help maximise fee collection and minimise risk ensuring all debts for new / existing customers are collected in line with the firms’ policies and the payment terms as agreed.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Proactive approach to collecting outstanding fees to meet collection targets.
* Keeping accurate records on chasing and payment promises using our case management systems.
* Assisting with the workload of other team members from time-to-time in the Accounts Team.
* Ensuring timely escalation of issues working with the Litigation Department.
Personal attributes:
* Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* High levels of accuracy.
* Efficient and organised.
* Good communication skills.
* Team player.
* Friendly and approachable.
Part-Time or Full -Time hours will be considered.
