Duties
Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers to arrange transportation services.
Provide clear and concise information to customers regarding transport options and schedules.
Coordinate with internal teams and drivers to ensure smooth and timely transport arrangements.
Resolve customer inquiries and issues efficiently, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transport arrangements in the company's database.
Follow up with customers to confirm transport details and ensure all requirements are met.
Requirements
Strong communication skills over the phone and email
Confident PC User
Driving License and own transport
