Role: SDR Manager

Location: London (Hybrid – 3 days in office)

Salary: £60k basic (85k OTE, uncapped)

Sector: Financial Data & Intelligence


Our client exists to provide data and intelligence that is massively beneficial for their clients who require insight into different complex financial markets. As a business they have outperformed their revenue targets for the last five years and are midway through an investment plan. As a result, they are looking to scale their SDR team and need an experienced SDR Manager to recruit, train, and develop current and future hires.



Responsibilities:


  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of Sales Development Representatives, as well as 4 SDR Team Leads.
  • Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching to optimise individual and team performance.
  • Run daily roundup to ensure the SDRs are performing against daily KPIs
  • Develop and implement comprehensive SDR strategies and tactics to achieve lead generation and qualification targets.
  • Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to align SDR activities with business objectives.
  • Oversee lead generation efforts, ensuring the team is consistently generating a pipeline of qualified leads for the Sales team.
  • Identify and explore new lead generation channels and opportunities.


The person:


  • Bachelor’s degree with a 2.1 minimum
  • Proven experience as an SDR Manager or in a similar leadership role within a SaaS or technology-focused business (2 years+).
  • Proven experience as an individual contributor within a SaaS or technology-focused business (2 years+).
  • Strong understanding of SDR best practices, lead generation strategies, and sales processes.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse and interpret performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in CRM software(e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
