Worthing branch prides itself on the care they deliver in and around the community, with colleagues and clients having been with us for over 15 years Whilst our branch is situated in Worthing, much of our work is in and around our towns and villages. We offer a variety of care services; however, we do pride ourselves on the excellent support and care we deliver, specialising in homecare, complex care, and support work.
What our clients are looking for
Our Worthing office are recruiting for a team of Complex Care Workers to join our client in Hailsham. To be successful we are looking for people with experience in Care, this does not have to be complex as full training and shadow shifts will be provided.
You will be improving the quality of life for our client with complex needs, in their own home in the Hailsham area. This is a highly rewarding role, we are seeking those who are compassionate, reliable and someone who can make a real difference.
*Due to client request, we can only accept female applicants for this role, and you must have a driver's licence with access to your own vehicle due to client location. *
How will you be helping our clients?
  • Medication management and administration
  • Oral suctioning, managing challenging behaviours, rectal meds, mickey button
  • Help around the house
  • Meal preparation
  • Personal care
  • General emotional support

We're looking for:
  • Six months' paid experience in care - does not have to be complex care
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A driver's licence & own car is an advantage
  • Good professional and personal references

In line with CQC & Care Inspectorate regulations, we require and will undertake Enhanced DBS/PVG, Right to Work, Reference and Employment History checks in line with Government guidelines for this role and safer recruitment best practice.
